Return Policy

  • Service Warranty: If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we will resolve it within 3 business days at no additional cost. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.

  • Product Returns: Returns on products or equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Once a service is completed, it is non-refundable. This includes labor costs, diagnostic fees, and any materials used during the service.
