By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Online payments must be made via invoice for the full cost of the service.

Estimates: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change based on additional findings during service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a service call fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Workmanship Guarantee: We ensure all work meets local codes and industry standards. If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we will correct it within 3 business days at no additional cost.

Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or unforeseen complications discovered during service. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the service area and disclosing any known issues.

Service Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe working conditions, code violations, or other circumstances that prevent proper service completion.
